These terms apply to use of the Prestige Nautical Journey website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Informational purpose
Website content is provided for general information and initial travel planning. It does not by itself create a booking, confirm a reservation or constitute a final offer. A commercial arrangement arises only under the specific confirmation and terms provided for the selected services.
Routes, fares and availability
Routes, ports, dates, durations, vessel features and indicative fares may change. Prices can vary by sailing date, occupancy, cabin or suite category, inclusions and availability. All material travel details must be confirmed for the particular proposal before any commitment is made.
External travel services
Cruises, transport, accommodation, travel protection and other components may be delivered by independent operators. Their own terms, eligibility rules, payment conditions, cancellation provisions and operational decisions may apply. Prestige Nautical Journey does not control every action or service of an independent provider.
Traveler responsibility
Travelers are responsible for reviewing confirmations and provider terms, supplying accurate information, meeting passport, visa, health and entry requirements, and arriving in accordance with confirmed timings. Requirements can change and should be checked with authoritative sources.
Casino and age restrictions
Casino and gaming access is optional and depends on guest age, vessel policy, itinerary and applicable local law. Website references to these facilities are descriptive and do not encourage participation or imply any particular outcome.
Use of materials
Unless otherwise stated, site text, visual identity, graphics and layout are protected materials. They may be viewed for personal planning purposes but may not be reproduced, republished, sold, altered or used commercially without prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt the site, obtain unauthorized access, introduce malicious material, misuse forms, infringe rights or use website content in an unlawful or misleading way.
Limitations
Reasonable care is taken in presenting information, but completeness, continuous access and freedom from all errors cannot be assured. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for decisions based solely on general website information and for circumstances outside reasonable control is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
Website content and these terms may be updated as services, practices or legal requirements change. The current version published on this page applies from the time it is posted.
